Our iconic new brand and menu feature new flavours such as Thai Tea Latte, Matcha Oreo Foam and our brand new signature drink ‘Cali Sunset’. Our Cali Sunset is a lychee jasmine tea infused with butterfly pea tea to give it a beautiful purple and blue hue that looks just like sunsets on the California Coast.
Old favourites such as Brown Sugar Milk and Lemondae Galaxy are still surfing it up along with Bubble waffles with Sipcha’s New in-house range of ice-cream flavours including Brown Sugar Biscoff and Taro.

SIPCHA
Formerly known as BOBO TEA, we are Manchester’s first mainstream bubble tea brand that established in 2011. Since our intitial bubble tea offering we have evolved and grown our menu to include delicious bubble waffles, unique ice cream flavours and premium bubble tea flavours such as our Lemonade Galaxy and Matcha Latte.
Our mission is to bridge cultures through our product offerings, helping customers undestand what was previously perceived as only an ‘asian’ drink. Our goal is for bubble tea to become as nationally favoured as coffee is through tasty, quality and affordable bubble tea.
